COM error every boot

Hi all, this is my first post but i'm italian then i speak little bit english...i try to explain my problem with virtualbox.
I have a W2003 server with virtualbox installed on and a virtual machine with TRIXBOX (as voip telephone proxy)... every time i reboot the 2003 server, virtualbox says me in italian "Creazione dell'oggetto COM non riuscita. L'applicazione verrà chiusa", i try to translate the error in english: "COM object creation failed. The application will be closed" (approximately). To use virtualbox i have to reinstall all virtuabox application and all function...but every reboot virtualbox shows the error code
why it happened?
