[HELP] VM it hangs at installation

Hello everyone, i have an issue, it happens that im trying to install some SO (Linux -Mint, Debian, etc) in VB but when i finish of configuring the VM and get it starting it hangs and stay in stand by and i dont know why, i formated the laptop recently and before that i havent this kind of problems, any ideas? (Virtual box 4.2.16 have the default configuration).

My laptop specs:

Dell inspiron 1440
Windows 7 home premium 64 bits
It supports VM, like i said,i did it before with no problems.
Dual core cpu T4300 2.1ghz
3GB ram ddr2

Later i will post some captures, it has to pass 1 day at least.
