Hi new to the forum so please bear with me have had virtual box on my computer for a while but recently came to use it and cannot remember my login and password so cannot get onto it is there anyway to retrieve or reset the login, thanks for your time.

VirtualBox does not require a password. Are you talking about a guest perhaps? If so what is the guest?

Hi was running raspberry pi through it on my laptop open Virtualbox loads up then the start screen asks for user name and password but I have forgot these any way to get them. thanks

That would be a OS issue, and should be taken to the OS support then. Virtualbox is only doing the hardware here.
