Mac OSX on win 7

My host is win7 ultimate-64 bit. I'm trying to install Mac OSX(Snow Leopard 10.6.2) as guest. It completes installation but when i reatart after install it doesn't boots from the virtual disk, instead it starts from installation disk again. But when i forcefully eject the installation disk and set booting device to virtual disk it give driver error(i've attached the snapshot of that error).
