FATAL: INT18: BOOT FAILURE

Hello, I am having a Virtual Box error code while trying to install Windows 8 64 Bit. I use Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.4 on a Mac Mini. This Windows 8 file is and .ISO file i am trying to run, but i am having major issues. Please help me in any way. Thanks -Abwort
