Cannot access the kernel driver!

I've installed VirtualBox like more than 5 times, removed all its folders and data, and keeps failing every time!

E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: Machine

What I tried:
- Uninstall program and remove all data
- Repair program
- Check if other VDIs filers from internet work
- Turn off Antivirus
- Use Open with compatible mode (Window 7)

I'm trying to use Chrome OS and Debian on my Windows 8 computer and is imposible, someone could help me?
