Hello,
when I boot Centos6.4 in graphic mode, the progress bar gets stuck at the point where it's all white.
Please find attached my VBox.log.
The last two lines in my Centos /var/log/boot.log file as as follows:
...
Starting atd:...
Starting virt-who: ...
My version of VirtualBox is 4.2.16 and it's running on Windows 7.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running with 100% saturation of RAM will force swapping and be really slow
Code: Select all
00:00:00.433720 Host RAM: 3574MB total, 2119MB available
00:00:00.676680 RamSize <integer> = 0x000000006e200000 (1 847 590 912, 1 762 MB)
00:00:00.677644 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000004000000 (67 108 864, 64 MB)
But this will cause the biggest bottleneck.
Code: Select all
00:00:00.799310 HWACCM: No VT-x or AMD-V CPU extension found. Reason VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED
Enable hardware virtualization in your PC bios.

Hello,
I have another question. When I run Centos6.4 in VB at runlevel 3, and type "startx", I get the following error:
Code: Select all
Fatal server error:
no screen found
(EE)
...
Connection refused (errno 111): unable to connect to X Server
In /var/log/Xorg.0.log, there's a message (cf. attachment) stating that module ABI major version (10) doesn't match the server's version (13). The 'vboxvideo' module is then unloaded. What does that mean exactly?
Many thanks.

It means something is out of sync ( version wise ).
I would do an update of the OS and make sure dkms is installed and install the guest additions.
