I can't use the mini tool bar

Hello guys:

Using VirtualBox 4.2.16, i'm trying to use mini tool bar in the virtual machine's window, and this bar is not there and does not appear after setup the settings in "General" -> "Advance".

How can i find this bar?

What is the host and the guest?
Are you in full screen and not in scaled mode?

The host is Windows 8. The guest is Windows 7.

I'm using full screen.

I don't have a Windows 8 host to be able to answer this, so moving to Windows as host where someone should be able to help you.
