I deleted a shared folder from my mac before I deleted it from shared folders.

No big problems, but a small inconvenience: I lost the ability to go easily inside the configuration (see picture)

The usual settings in top are gone. I still can go into configuration but I would like the gui to be the same as usual.

Unfortunately the picture is too big to post...

Problem solved.

I too deleted my shared folder and need to do something so I can communicate between my mac host and windows virtualbox.
How was this problem solved? Without the picture, there isn't much to guide me.
