Problem with guest additions

Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to VB, so please be indulgent.
Host: windows 8 x64
Guest: ubuntu 13.04 x64

The problem I ran inot is that as soon as i install the guest additions, the mouse pointer diappear. I created several time the same virtual machine and install the guest additions, and everytime it made the pointer disappear.
I tried to remove the guest addition files, but it didn't bring the pointer back.

Can someone give me more ideas to try, thanks.

I have solved my problems by changing the the pointer style.
