When starting up Windows 8 Pro x64 I get the following two warning Event messages:
EventID: 200 A connection to the Windows Update service could not be established.
EventID: 202 The Network List Manager reports no connectivity to the internet.
My take on this is that Windows Update and the NLM both try to connect on any network connection it finds. It fails on the Vbox Host-Only Network because it has no access to the Internet.
Is my assumption correct and I should ignore the messages?

Re: VirtualBox Host-Only Network issue.
Host only mode provides no Internet access. The rest would seem to follow.
