Microphone do not work (Linux Kali)

HI,
My Sound is working, but my microphone do not work.
Host: Windows 7 (64 Bit)
VirtualBox Version: 4.2.16 r86992
Guest: Linux Kali
Sorry, is my first post, therfore I can not post urls or a screenshot.
Audio Settings:
Host Driver: Windows DirectSound
Controller: ICH AC97
