Error Install Ubuntu 13.04

Good for everyone. Trying to install Ubuntu on my VM from Windows, I can not make you reach the end. Always the same error occurs in the same situation, to begin installing. Here I am attaching the file. Records of the virtual machine:

You are assigning more RAM than you can afford to the guest.
Since the host only has 2000MB to begin with and the host is using some that leaves you with 1346MB and you are trying to assign 1409 MB.
You should be able to use the guest with 512MB but performance will be slow.

... and the SMBus error is normal for Ubuntu in a VBox VM.

I have the same "the SMBus error" in linux mint 15 in vbox. The system will run with no problem.
