Hello Friends,
I'm trying to see if I can generate an iso file that contains my linux guest installation and make it bootable and prepare it to install on a standalone server.
Is this possible? If so can you guide me on the right direction? I already try clonezila...but the problem is that its give me errors because of my LVM partition that i have in the guest...
Any ideas?

Practically speaking, no that is not possible.
An ISO is simply an image of a data CD or DVD. You can put anything on a data CD, hence you can put anything in an ISO. That is a long way from making an bootable installer.
Forget ISO, which is actually irrelevant to your needs. All you really need to do is image your hard disk by running the hard disk imager of your choice inside the guest, writing the resulting image to a shared folder or USB drive. You would then boot the same disk imager application on your physical PC and "restore" the disk image file onto that PC. Incidentally, this is referred to as a virtual to physical migration, or V2P for short. P2V (the opposite) is also a common task involving VMs, and is essentially the same process. Windows images can be hard to migrate, but my understanding is that Linux images are quite forgiving.
