GUEST ADDITIONS not working for FULL SCREEN

If forced unmount does not work then all you need to do is shut the guest down and go to the guests settings in the VBox Manager -> storage -> CD/DVD and select to remove the cd from the drive. Start the guest and select to install the guest additions from the devices tab.

Wow, I'm trying to sound intelligent here, but keep getting more humbled... Am I overlooking the obvious option for selecting to remove the cd from the drive? Thanks for the patience!
