Win8 VB + 3d acceleration => TeamViewer black screen

I have VirtualBox virtual machine with windows 8 installed. It's host is windows 8 machine too.
When I enable 3d acceleration in VirtualBox for guest machine than I get black screen when connecting to that machine from any other place. File transfer does work, but I cannot see the screen (the screen is black).
The only solution is to connect to host, turn virtual machine off, disable 3d acceleration for the guest, and restart the guest. Than I can access it by TeamViewer from anywhere.
