on Windows8 hosts using Linux on VB USB problem

Hello,

I searched internet and could not find any proper solution for USB problem.

I am using Wİndows 8 and in my virtualBox it has Linux and i couldnt connect USB in my virtualBox. I tried lots of ideas and instructions but i couldnt handle it.
