VirtualBox 4.2.16.86992 won't install

Virtual Box 4.2.16.86992 won't install this is what i get when i try to install it ,and what does it mean and , how do you fix that? I'm an noob.

Picture is a bit small to read... But from what I can decypher, it's a permission issue. You are not allowed to run the installer. You will need Administrator right but I guess the computer is not yours and have no access to the configuration, in which case you'll need to refer to your IT support.

it's my computer every other program installs except this one which is why it's so weird to me .

A path is given in the picture, make sure you have full permissions there and that you run as Administrator if UAC is on.
