Critical Error at Guru-Meditation

Hi all.
Multiple attempts to set up a Snow Leopard install on VirtualBox. Been through the hoops with alternate methods and plumped for an ISO of the install disk, this is the only way I could get it to at least start.
I now get the "A critical Error has occurred while running the virtual machine" error message. I've attached the log file and .png file. Any help would be appreciated.

PS Should have put this in the Windows Hosts area. Mods please correct.
