Folks, Hi
I have 2 linux guests namely, REDHAT01 and Client01. I have a mounted disk /dev/sdb1 in Client01 as attachment1. I want to see this disk in REDHAT01 machine through autofs system. I have modified the /etc/auto.misc file as attachment2 in REDHAT01 machine and then done service autofs reload. But I do not see this in REDHAT01 machine's /misc directory as attachment3.
Could anybody please help on this? Thanks in advance.

Re: using autofs in linux guests
Unless I understood it wrong, this has nothing to do with Virtualbox. Virtualbox is a hardware simulator, while your issue is at software/network level in two OS.
I would suggest to check this on a linux forum instead. And remember : this doesn't differ at all from having two PCs sitting next to each other.
