Unable to boot VM after adding shared storage

I'm having issues with booting ubuntu in a vm i'm running on windows 7, it freezes here in the image i've attached


It was running fine until i added 10 disks for shared storage for this vm (I intend to install Oracle RAC on here).

After Installing it it freezes while loading and this is what I have in the logs below.

does anyone have experience with adding shared disk storage to an ubuntu vm? any idea what i've missed here or if i'm doing anything wrong?

Post the guests log file (as an attachment)
See Online Users Manual for the location of the file.
