Let me rephrase my last post. You *must delete or change* the host-only adapter you have set incorrectly. You have assigned 192.168.2.20 as the DHCP server address which is the exact same IP as what you are assigning the guest. There is an IP conflict and will be until this is resolved.
Whether that fixes all of your issues I can't tell but this is going to prevent any solution for working until it is resolved.
