System Halted, No Bootable Medium Found

When i try and load a windows 95 iso or any other iso i get the error saying system halted no bootable medium, i dont know what to do?!?!!?!!!??! :(

The message means what it says. The ISO is not bootable - Win95 CDs generally weren't bootable, you had to install DOS first, and include a CD driver (PC BIOSes often didn't boot from CD at that time either).

"or any other iso": too vague and certainly not correct in general. Be explicit about what you tried. If you (say) download a bootable Linux install ISO then you should have no problem. There are also Windows trial editions that you can test, though maybe they're more likely to come as VHDs these days (it's been a while since I tried one).

You don't actually need to install DOS. Boot from a Win95 (or 98 or Me) floppy (ie image). Then use FDISK to partition the hard disk, reboot and format the hard disk (again with the floppy's facilities), and from there run SETUP from the CD.

Some would regard that as installing DOS.
