I'm using:
host - win7 64
guest - ubuntu server 13.04 64.

I need to set up a web-server in ubuntu and open it in a browser on win7. I don't know, how that do. Please help.

The only thing that is needed as far as the setup of the guest in VirtualBox is the network. You would need to use Bridged or host-only so the host and guest are in the same subnet. Configuration of the guest web server and Ubuntu is outside the scope of this forum and you would need to ask the Ubuntu forum for help on their software.
