Upgrate to 4.2.16 and no HW virt support

Hello
I've upgraded this morning VB form 4.2.12 to 4.2.16 on my NB Dell Inspiron 7520 15R SE with intel Ivy Bridge i7 3612QM and HM77 Chipset.
Before update VB will works perfectly, but after update it don't see the hw virtualization support and for example I can't assign much more than one logic processor to the VM.
I have windows 8 fully updated with original dell drivers (i never needed to change them).
Why I can't use HW virtualization instructions?
