XP-VBox Kubuntu Separate Networks

Hi, sorry for my English, but i will really try.
It is possible to make two separate network using Vbox?
I have installed on Desktop Win XP PC Vbox Kubuntu image. I need use Win XP PC in Internet network and on Kubuntu image use only private lan network. The Internet network could not see anything from Internet.
In PC are two NICs. Internet is for example network 172.16.x.x/24 and private is 192.168.x.x/24. What i need set in Vbox?

Use bridged mode in the VM settings, and select the appropriate NIC for each VM.

Yes this solution is for two VM machines, but i have only one VM machine kubuntu and XP Host.

Then simply use bridged mode in the VM, and use the private lan interface.
If you don't want the host to see the private lan, disable TCP/IP in the NIC settings in the host.

The diagram doesn't really tell us anything about your network. A LAN is a local area network. By definition a network connects things. What other machines are you planning to connect the vm guest to?

Thanks, this is a right solution. I tried bridge mode between host and vm, but without disabling tcp/ip on hosts NIC
