on OEL 6.3 - Building the main Guest Additions module failed

Just installed OEL 6.3 and trying to install Linux Guest additions but unsuccessful

/var/log/vboxadd-install.log indicates,

*** Error: unable to find the sources of your current Linux kernel. Specify KERN DIR=<directory> and run Make again. Stop.

Any help would be appreciated.
