Networking Question

Please move this, if its in the wrong place. I am new to Virtual Box.
I have 2 Windows XP Virtual Box images, both on the main network, both set up as NAT under networking.
My problem is, neither image can see the other, but both can see other PCs on the network.
Both seem to be have gotten the same IP, so I changed one image to have a fixed IP in the same range, and that didn't work. They still can't see each other.
Any ideas how I can get both these images seeing each other, while both remaining on the main network also?
