I'm running 4.2.14 on a new model iMac. If I run Fedora 19 in Vbox with 3D acceleration turned on, the VM will crash (ie the window completely disappears) almost immediately. Turning 3D accel off makes it stable. I do have guest additions installed.
There doesn't seem to be any interesting information in the log after a crash. The last bit of it is below.
Log output:
[ Mod Edit : removed wall of text ]
VirtualBox Crash running Fedora 19 with 3D Accel

Re: VirtualBox Crash running Fedora 19 with 3D Accel
Which DE are you running? Fedora 19 with Xfce runs fine with 3D so I suspect you are running Gnome 3 which is a problem with many guests and the Mac version of VirtualBox.

Provide the log as a zip attachment. Pasting part of the file does not help.
