Host Win7x32, Guest WinXPx64. Crashes Host

I am running Win7 Home Premium with WinXPx64 Guest. I try to get into the guest. Screen locks up on the bootlog (Start Windows Normally...etc) Then the computer goes into reset mode. No error message. The Guest worked until I installed the extension pack and applied the USB portion. I have no Snapshots to go back to. Any Ideas??

Thanks

Let's clarify something. The title of your first post says "Crashes host". However your description talks about problems inside the guest. Is your host rebooting, or only your guest?

Also, the log file you provided has been truncated, and only covers the first 15 seconds of a boot. If the host reboots then this is understandable (if useless), but if the host is ok then please ensure that the VM is shut down before you grab a log, and make sure it's the log of the session that showed the problem.

ps. You mentions in your first post that your host has 2GB RAM. In fact the log says that your host has 3326MB installed, which is a really weird number. If the host really had only 2GB installed then 1.6GB would be way too much to give a guest. Also, it might be worthwhile to download a memory test and test your host's memory for errors.

Thanks, I will give it a try.

My Mistake. I have 4gb ram
I am in the host (Win7x32). I initiate the Guest Which is WinXPx64. The guest causes the Host to crash. It was working fine until I installed the service pack.
Here is another log.
