I'm not sure I'm in the right part of the forum but....I'm trying to to install "WindowsBlue-ClientwithApps-64bit-English-X1899605.iso" in VirtualBox on my Dell Inspiron 580 Win 7 machine. I get the following message.

Your PC needs to restart.
Please hold down the power button>

Any ideas?
