I am trying to install the latest version, but the file "VirtualBox-4.2.12-r84980-MultiArch_amd64.msi" cannot be found. I recently cleared out all of the files in all of my \Temp folders and apparently I shouldn't have .
Is there a way now to uninstall the older version of VirtualBox so I can upgrade?

There shouldn't be any problem clearing out your temp folder as often as you like. Apps are not supposed to leave files there. Unless of course you installed it from your temp folder.
You could always download the missing file and put it wherever it is supposed to be. The download is a exe, but the user manual has information about extracting individual msi files.
