Post by JPP »

Hi,
I want to access my webpage running on my guest ubuntu. I already have a fixed ip (bridge connection) and I enabled the port 80 to be allowed for my virtualbox ip and i still cannot access my webpage putting my public ip in the browser or using no-ip ... Any idea ?thx
I opened all the port in my host OsX

Can you access the webpage from the host?

Yes. In fact, I can even open it from my router ! In the configuration page of my router I can clic on my virtualbox-computer and it opens the page ... But from outside of my network .. nothing to do

The issue lies with your network config or your ISP then. Not with Virtualbox.
Both are out of scope of this forum tho...
