Win7 - Blue Screen of Death

I just tried installing vbox 4.2.14 on win7, but during install I got BSOD and computer reset... and now I cant uninstall or reinstall vbox.
when I tried to install it again, I get a "install error" in the end of installation.
I tried deleting all files/folders/reg entry's.. also tried ccleaner, but no luck
I can install/uninstall an older version with out problems..but that does not change anything for 4.2.14 version error
what do I do ?
