Error installing extension pack 4.2.12 on Virtualbox 4.2.12

I have tried several times, deleting + re-downloading and re-installing, with no luck to install the latest extension pack 4.2.12 with latest virtualbox client 4.2.12. Here is the error code I am receiving:

Perhaps you should go the drastic route.

1. Uninstall VirtualBox
2. Manually delete any files or folders left in the C:\Program FIles\Oracle\VirtualBox folder.
3. Reinstall VirtualBox plus the Extension Pack.

Before you start the reinstallation, double check that you have matching versions of program and extpack, make sure you are logged into the correct user account, and when running the main installer use "Run as administator" if your user doesn't have full admin rights.
