Hang up during Guest OS booting

Hi. I had a hung up during Guest OS (Linux Mint 15) booting. The host OS is Win XP SP3. I am sending the logs. Please, help me asap.

Attach the log as a zip file please, do not paste it directly into the post.

How can I attach a file here? I put the path between [attachment=][/attachment] and it havent attached anything in the other post!! Thanks for your help!!

You are running out of RAM I am afraid. Either close programs in the host, or get more RAM.
