I have an Intel Lenovo T510 widescreen laptop with the max resolution at 1600x900 running Win 7 (64bit).
I'm using the latest version of Virtual Box 4.2.12
I have mountain lion guest and I tried to the make the screen bigger. I tried the below setting
vboxmanage setextradata "MAC OS X" "CustomVideoMode1" "1600x900"
But when I tried to start up the guest, it said invalid custom video mode 1 and it won't start up. I had to comment this setting out in the VM config file then it started up fine again.
What customvideomode1 should I use please?
