Unable to capture screen shot

Hi All,
I am running Virtual Box 4.1 on a Windows XP Sp3 machine. I Run 3 virtual boxes simultaneously on one machine and resize them so that I can see the current content on each. When I take a screen shot of any virtual box i do not get the print screen of the complete content. Please find an example of the behavior observed.
Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

I give up. What information am I supposed to get from this picture? I see a shot of a fullscreen Internet Explorer window - and it looks complete to me.

Hi Mpack,
Note that image resizes just like the Virtual Box, when the virtual box is maximized the complete web page appears without the horizontal and vertical scroll bar. I wish to capture such complete screen shots and not cropped. The screen shot appears cropped since I resize the virtual boxes.

Sorry, are you saying that you want to capture the web page image uncropped even when the picture is as shown? If so, that isn't possible.
Please be clearer: are you saying that VirtualBox captures the image you posted even when the VM window shows something else?
