Anyone succeed installing Mac OS X Lion in Windows 7?

Hello,
I've downloaded Mac OS X Lion installation file. It is in .dmg format. Now I want to install it in my VirtualBox. Have anyone succeed in this?
I've tried converting the .dmg file to an .iso file but it doesn't work. When I try to chose the .dmg file directly on virtualbox as virtual cd/dvd it gets an error. But I can easily open the .dmg file with ultraIso.
Please someone help me.
I'm using Windows 7 and my pc have enough requirements.
Intel Core i3 530 @2.94 GHz
10GB Ram and 1TB HDD.
