Windows Xp Guest with internet datacard problem

Hi,

I have installed virtual box on windows 7 and guest os is windows XP. When i am trying to connect Tata photon datacard i am getting some error.

"Failed to attach the USB device HUAyWEI TECHNOLOGIES HUAWEI Mobile to the virtual machine xp.
