My windows 7 host is connected to a separate network with its own internet connection (wired) to that of the vista guest (wireless). The guest is bridged to the hosts wireless adapter with only the vbox protocol enabled on the wireless adapter in the host so that it is only available to the guest but I am unable to get internet access. The wireless adapter is connected to the wireless router with limited connectivity which is how it was before. I can get internet access if I enable ipv4 on the wireless adapter in the host but this then conflicts with the host which then has internet issues.
I reinstalled windows and vbox but cannot think what could be different that is causing this. Any ideas please?

Re: Network stopped after re-install
Good news , it has started working.
Steps taken, reinstalled wireless card on host then reinsialled nic on guest. I dont know why this worked but it did.
