Virtualbox Gnome Mouse Issue

Hi ,
i have Virtualbox 4.2.12 installed on Windows 7 host. And Fedora 18 Gnome as guest OS. I am facing a strange mouse issue.
When i open windows in gnome and click anywhere in the window area nothing happens, but as soon as i move mouse to the "Activities" label (Left Top Corner) the previous mouse actions takes place.
this happens only with the client area of the window but mouse clicking works perfectly for window border area and panel area.
The problem is ONLY with gnome on openSuse 12.3, Fedora 17, 18.
No issue with KDE Plasma.
