Hey Guy's,
I am running Win7 Pro 64bit as the host and a Win7 Pro 64bit guest vm for business reasons. I am running version 4.2.12 r84980 VB but guest addition version 4.2.2 r81494 and I keep getting an update available message. However, when I go through the Install guest addition process through the Device section nothing happens and I mean nothing. The same goes for Host D.

Any advice would be appreciate.

Auto play is disabled. Use the file manager to start the process (look at the cd).
