The error tells you the file is not found, so most likely it has been moved. Go check if you have a .vbox-prev file in that directory.

Another way to get this is if you renamed folders on the path, after creating the VM. E.g. I assume the VM should have been called "XP SP3" so there would have been a temptation to rename the mistyped folder name.
