I then tried to install CentOS [CentOS-6.4-i386] as a guest OS.
Everything was working fine until the Last step i.e Kdump.
When i click Finish it says virtual box manager has stopped working..

Pl help me out !

Virtualbox crashes because you're running out of RAM. 3 options for you :
- Add RAM to your host
- Reduce RAM given to the VM
- Free more RAM within your host

In any case, 2GB for a Win 7 host with a VM is just not enough IMO. You need at the very least 4 GB.

i install centOS with the CD and when it starts i click on 'Install to Hard Drive', It does nothing !
It stays still !!
Is it because there in no enough RAM for the guest cause i have provided 512MB of 2GB available RAM to the guest !
I am attaching the log file !

I don't see any fatal error in the log, but I do see some concerning lines.
I never used CentOS so my knowledge here is limited. Maybe someone else would know better

Given the limited amount of memory, just don't allow kdump to be installed. There is a check mark that you can uncheck during the install process.
