Windows Server 2012 set a Domain Controller with IP Dynamic

I've installed a virtual machine with Windows Server 2012 and set a internal network.
I've installed a DNS and DHCP.

Another virtual machine with windows server 2008 like a client, but the second virtual machine don't "ping" the first machine

First machine: "Changeman" (domain computer)
Domain: Manchete

Cliente: "Spielvan"


How to set Client virtual machine get a IP dynamic?

Post the guest config as a zip attachment for both machine running the following command from a prompt, in the VB install directory (replace VmName, and enclose it with double quotes if the name contains space) :
