Leaking connections on port forwarding (NAT) using Windows

Hi,
I have problem with my installation of VirtualBox (4.2.12) on which I run Ubuntu 32bit (host is Windows 7 64 bit)
On top of ubuntu I installed PostgreSQL and forwarded ports for accessing DB using NAT, I also setup host-only interface.
I connect to postgres from windows using Tomcat, when I kill tomcat application connections established with DB remain "established" although they are dropped from host side.
When I use host-only interface I dont see this kind of problems, dropped connections are also dropped from guest.
IMHO it is a bug, could you help me to figure out?
Regards,
Piotr
