Hi. I'd like to be able to run Wine on the Linux Mint virtual machine but I can't figure out how. I've tried many different things like adding myself to the vboxsf group, mounting subfolders, and installing Guest Additions, but nothing is working. Can someone please tell me how I can do this?

Wine has absolutely nothing to do with Virtualbox whatsoever. How is this pertinent to this forum?

Since your question really has nothing to do with VirtualBox but how to install a package inside your guest you would ask for help from the forum of your guest.
It would be installed like any other package.
