Debian 7 VM won't boot to GUI anymore after increasing RAM

Post by Koen027 »

I increased the amount of RAM for this VM from 512MB to 1GB. When I then tried to start the VM back up again, it only presented the terminal to me.

I tried:

Code: Select all

x-window-manager start
But that gave the error message: Unable to open X display

I was told to look at the contents of the Xorg.0.log file, but I don't know what to look for. I've included it here.

I have no experience with display drivers or anything of the sort, so I came here looking for help.
