extpack install Pack-4.2.12-84980 HANGS

Hi All,

Mac OS X 10.7.3
VirtualBox 4.2.12

I have downloaded Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.2.12-84980.vbox-extpack

But I can't install it.

Tried by using the VB Gui, and also from terminal.

When executing in terminal, I tried both, logged in as ROOT and logged in as my actual user.
This is what a did:

VBoxManage extpack install Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.2.12-84980.vbox-extpack

Nothings happens, it simply freeze.
I have not installed extpack before. I double checked "VBoxManage list extpacks" and I get as expected:
"Extension Packs: 0"

I've checked the VB log located at /Users/croca/library/VirtualBox
log file VBoxSVC.log

It shows only the following:

After waiting half an hour, I decided to cancel the installation. Then, the following lines have been added to the previous log file:

Shutdown all your VMs before trying to install it.
